This is just a small suggestion. Even though I know it is tiring, why don't you link the names of the volunteers directly to their profile or to send PM to them.

This way, if they change names, normal members and newcomers can still know who they are.

Other than that, my first language is Spanish, so I might apply to help with it later on.
